Fruits for weight loss: Banana
In 2008 there was a famous banana diet on trend in Japan and then all over the world. Bananas are a really good fat burners because these fruits offer high levels of fiber while being relatively low in calories. A medium-sized (100-120 g) banana contains around 90-100 kcal. In comparison with an apple of the same weight, it is twice as many. That’s why you shouldn’t get too carried away. To start losing weight, just replace your usual dessert with one banana.
Bananas are an excellent source of manganese and potassium, vitamin B6 and C. It also contains some folate (vitamin B9) and riboflavin (vitamin B2). With all of these vitamins and nutriments, bananas are really helpful for health and some specific ailments like headaches, for example.
